Does your business send out email newsletters? Email is the most efficient way to connect with your sphere and Flodesk is the best tool for the job. While Mailchimp is one of the most recognizable email marketing tools, it’s popularity doesn’t make it the best. I had been using Mailchimp for my business for two years before falling in love with Flodesk. While Mailchimp offers many of the same features, their layout is unnecessarily confusing.

Customer Service

Mailchimp provided quality customer service when I first started using their platform but it has since gone downhill, my worst experiences occurring after upgrading to a paid plan. While Flodesk is newer than Mailchimp, I’m hoping their customer service continues to be as quick and helpful as what I’ve experienced so far.

I reached out through Flodesk via email a couple of times after first signing up, wondering the best way to tag my contacts. Their platform is so clean and easy to use though that I have honestly not had to reach out since.

Price

Here’s the kicker. Flodesk is a great deal. One, when you sign up though my referral link, you receive 50% off. And that’s not just 50% off for the first month or the first year; it’s 50% off for life! Flodesk is usually $38 a month, meaning, with my referral link, you can get your own Flodesk plan for $19 a month. While $19 is slightly more than Mailchimp’s base Standard plan, Mailchimp, and most other email marketing platforms, charge more, the more contacts you have.
